Just under 40 minutes from our shop lies Andrew Jackson State Park. You will find an 18th-century replica schoolhouse, campground and picnic facilities, fishing lake, and nature trails on the park grounds there. Blythe Landing Park

About forty minutes north of Pineville lies a beautiful family adventurous park. The Blythe Landing Park is an expansive park that offers free parking and launching for area boaters. Who better to describe Cheraw State Park, located about an hour & a half from our shop, than the park manager, Robert Mahoney, describes his favorite parts about this beautiful park. “My favorite thing to do at Cheraw State Park is hiking the boardwalk to the spillway. I walk the boardwalk several times throughout the week to see picturesque Lake Juniper. The sunsets in the evening are brilliant, and it’s a great place to reminisce and reflect.” And if that wasn’t enough, this is an excellent place for all the golf lovers to take a day trip to visit their 18-hole, championship Cheraw State Park Golf Course.

Myrtle Beach State Park

This stunning water location falls under a day-trip/weekend trip getaway. Lying about three and a half hours from our shop’s location in Pineville, Myrtle Beach State Park has your typical Carolina scenery wholly changed! Along the far-reaching stretch of Grand Strand coastline, you will find Myrtle Beach, a quiet and surprisingly green paradise. This beach is also known for some of the best surf fishing South Carolina offers and stunning ocean views, complete with a great fishing spot on Myrtle Beach pier.
